My professional background is rooted in international gastronomy and premium events—an environment defined by speed, precision, high standards of quality, and significant responsibility. Over many years in leadership roles from Paris to Shanghai, I developed a keen sense for structures, dynamics, and sustainable growth—but above all, for the people within those systems. Leading teams, fostering development, and navigating challenging phases together has always been my greatest motivation.
Since 2015, I have been running a hospitality consultancy S&B together with my business partner, advising clients on concept development, organizational structure, profitability, and strategic direction. This work has further refined my systemic perspective: recognizing connections, understanding processes, and creating sustainable stability — skills that now flow seamlessly into my therapeutic practice.
For me, learning and development are fueled by curiosity, energy, and ongoing self-reflection, driven by a genuine interest in people. Since 2017, I have continuously pursued further education in areas such as kinesiology, hypnotherapy, and trauma-informed work, alongside training and mentorship in body- and consciousness-oriented approaches (Reiki Master; Meditation Teacher with 285 training hours; numerology with Christine Bengel, and more).
In 2023, following a personal turning point, I experienced a moment of clarity during a kinesiology session that confirmed my true path. This insight led me directly to training as a kinesiologist, alongside in-depth study in hypnotherapy, polyvagal theory, and trauma-informed approaches. Since then, I have continuously engaged with specialist literature on psychological and neurobiological methods. Today, I consciously integrate these approaches on an individual basis, tailoring them to each person and their specific needs.
I have been running my own practice in Feldmeilen since July 2025. Looking back, a clear pattern emerges: whether as a team leader, manager, consultant, or therapist, people have always been—and continue to be—at the center of my work. Only the setting has changed.
My own journey has shown me how easily we can lose ourselves in high-performance environments—and how much strength we gain when we relearn how to listen to our bodies, trust its signals, and honor our intuition. This is precisely what my work is about today: supporting people on their path to greater inner clarity, balance, and well-being. The pace, depth, and duration of this journey are always guided by the individual. I would be honored to walk alongside you for a while.
