process

Below you will find helpful information about my work, along with answers to frequently asked questions about my treatments. This overview is intended as a guide, offering insight into the scope and flow of my approach.

Before Your First Session

Before your first session, you will receive a short questionnaire by email. Please complete and return it at least 48 hours before your appointment. This helps us make the most of our time together, allowing us to focus on the session rather than administrative details.

The questionnaire is used to collect your basic data and gives me an initial insight into your current well-being, your current situation, and your concerns.

Session Process

A session usually lasts around 90 minutes. For the first treatment, I recommend allowing a little more time so that we can get to know each other and clarify your concerns, goals, or vision therefore kindly book the 120’ session.

The session begins with a structured preliminary discussion. We clarify where you currently stand, what issues are on your mind, what brought you to me, and where you would like to go.

I want to acknowledge that it is not always possible to put these issues into words right away, which is perfectly fine; I’m here to support you in finding your focus. Even if you wish for something to remain unsaid, we can still work with the underlying experience and the associated feelings.

The treatment then takes place on the massage table. The entire session is carried out fully clothed, though belts, watches, and jewelry shall be removed. The treatment involves targeted touches on the body and feet. If you feel more comfortable wearing fresh socks, you are welcome to change them before the session.

The session ends with a debriefing. We will review what we have experienced, reflect on what has emerged or changed during the session, discuss your current state, and talk about which first steps can help you integrate the process into your everyday life.

After Treatment

After the session, I recommend that you drink plenty of water and take it easy for the rest of the day. You may feel tired—the effects of treatment often continue to work at a deeper level, even if this is not immediately apparent.

Give the process space to settle. Over the coming days and weeks, observe mindfully what surfaces, what changes, or what rearranges itself. Stay open and allow yourself to be surprised.

I invite you to refrain from discussing your experiences immediately with others, whether at home or with friends. Once a session is analyzed or discussed, the mind often takes over. For the mind, change initially brings effort and uncertainty, as new experiences can often feel unfamiliar and even stressful. As a result, it may unconsciously resist this process.

The same applies to your environment: changes affect not only you but also those within your existing system. New developments can initially create uncertainty for others as well, particularly if the previous situation was comfortable or convenient.

Trust that your process has its own rhythm.

Treatment Frequency

A single treatment can already provide an initial, effective stimulus, but the complexity of an issue often becomes apparent during the session, making one or more follow-up sessions advisable. These often only become apparent after the first treatment.

I generally recommend leaving at least one week between sessions, ideally two to three weeks, to allow changes to integrate. The frequency and rhythm are ultimately up to you and depend on your concerns and your desired pace of change.
